1- Very thin cornea.

2- Corneal  scar

3- Active cornea disease.

4- .Chronic autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid  arthritis

5- Pregnancy

Advanced (severe) cases are not fit for CXL:

Corneal thinning (less than 400 micron)

Very High K reading

Corneal diseases (chronic ulcers, cicatrization)

Severe dry eyes
