All premium or non premium members just trying to increase their points or specialty ranks by questioning and answering. In my opinion now bayt is like Farmville game rather than job portal. Applied more than 100 positions, i got 1 ranks, 910 or 14 but still no employer viewed also, which means post job was not real or fake.
