Can a person with bad grades and high creativity survive in today's highly competitive market job wise?

the scientific grades or studies not only the indicator of creativity and intelligance

for example you can find farmer ,, have no grades ,, but perfect farmer by experience and personal intelligance

if it was about grades, a lot of unqualified people would have been managers. Your work is more important than the grades. You must show your company that u have the skills that they need, even if u have to start in a small company. I won't lie to you most of the well-know companies cars about the grades and judge people accordingly. 

its possible; but it depends on the person himself to what limit he is creative & based on his capability to understand, gather & growth on his work skills. creativity without interest or motivation is useless.

The fact... sometimes! To exist in the industry as an employee, often one needs a foothold to grow further. And you only get such foot-hold basis on your academics.

Though it does not implies if one being an entrepreneur, where it is one's skills and perspective which leads him/her to success, without the aid of their grades and academics. 

Having bad grades doesn't shows the real intellect of the person, there might be reasons behind those bad grades. I think the person should be judged by the intellect he/she has. So, I comment that a person might having bad grades might prove to be the master of the creative intellect, so its his/her intellect, the ability to survive,  the quick and best reponse to the situations to be handled and the devotional attitude towards his/her job, which make the person survive in the highly copetitve market of jobs dear.

Something that I have experienced first had, I know friends who were repeaters and social misfits, today they are strong in the workplace and have the most adventurous jobs.
