How does watching movies without translate and listening to more english songs help in learning English?

cuz learning of any language not about studying but about practicing and enjoyment 

as long as u enjoy the language u will learn it fast

I think it helps a lot, because students find an interesting way to learn English lenguage without boring.

Its important to motivate our students( or our selfs) to find better and ludic ways to learn
