So many companies talk about client satisfaction and quality but really fail in their approach when the tires are kicked...why?

My answer is the appropriate and strong execution not only form the front liners  but with the management as well. It has to start with the support personnel so that the representatives will have the idea on how things work to achieve high customer rating and awesome quality of service.
