Can you differentiate busy and productive?

Look busy do nothing. However productivity is somthing value addition to your work.

I could give you lots of quotes and lines, but I will say this, a manager that is busy will say to me ' it was busy today and I did not get chance to...' A productive manager will say to me, ' I have completed all my goals and responsibilities today and I have delivered great service to all the customers we have served'

A busy manager is always busy but and productive manager always achieves and delivers.

If spend the whole day in some work that's not benefits someone then u were busy.. But if your work benefit a single person that's productive.

Most of the times to be productive is to be busy but sometimes to be busy is being productiv
