What are the causes of front tyre wear in Commercial Vehicle?

both front tires have to be installed together and not to be one warmed up and the other one is new, and driver negligence. 

Misalignment

One-sided wear results when the top of the tire leans away from or toward the vehicle.This is your camber, and your wheels aren’t parallel. When your tires are pointed toward or away from the road, there’s a problem with the toe and your vehicle isn’t set straight.

Mechanical parts

Bent, damaged or worn out front-end parts such as tie rods and ball joints can also cause uneven outside wear

We see more wear in front tires because major load is coming on the front wheel. For example engine, steering system, gear box, driver etc...

 Uneven wear rate may be due to castor or camber settings.May also check the wheel drum for any defects.

simple, in top inspect the wheel alignment as per company std, lack of front suspension(such as worn-out or tie rod,and ball joint,drag link etc), lack of Tyre rotation knowledge ,technically front wheel bearing worn-out or damaged, these are possible causes for front wheel wera.
