Is the insurance coverage of sports vehicle at par with other private car or commercial vehicle?

My understanding to sports vehicle is a special motor vehicle prepared for racing purpose and such motor vehicles are excluded  from the insurance cover. In other words my answer to your question is, sports vehicles coverage are at par neither  with privte nor commercial.
