When the oil price is at $100 per barrel every oil producing countries started to invest heavily in oil production until the world had over supply of oil than to consume. Everybody is hurting. western countries suffer due to high cost of production and the eastern countries suffer due to the lost of revenue. It is not only the Middle East countries suffering but the whole world. Only those who had large money reserve can survive. Russia, Saudi, USA, and Canada top oil producing countries should freeze production to increase the oil price at $ 60 per barrel. So everybody may survive.
