Everybody is hurting. western countries suffer due to high cost of production and the eastern countries suffer due to the lost of revenue. It is not only the Middle East countries suffering but the whole world. Only those who had large money reserve can survive. Russia, Saudi, USA, and Canada top oil producing countries should freeze production to increase the oil price at $ 60 per barrel. So everybody may survive.
