How much stupidity you do by wasting time for shaking job through doing question and answer from this page?

In my perspective this question has some meaning..

I wouldn´t call " stupidity", but in fact I think the main idea of this platform is valuable: trade knowledge, opinions and be able to help others with differents points of view (yes, are just points of view because all answers are in google if we´ll search!)

Beside this, I think it would be much more attractive the presence and the coming of the user´s, if there were more debates about the questions and answers given.

Other hand, I don´t know the role of the moderators, but I think, for what I´ve been watching, they only add questions and don't participate further to promote any debate; and some not even give any classification for the answers given.

Last, but not the least...Is pity that there are no such debates about the answers given, I see several times, with all respect to all members, such bad answers that for sure with more debates/search those opinions would change. 

All the rest, is ok for me, I hope, as until now, that I can do some good partnerships here and, mainly, friendships; and of course read and learn the management points of view of all good professionals here.

A really appreciate Mr.Binod Timsina for asking such most wonderful question ever I have seen here, according to my thought, this question has the great priority on this job portal among all other question why because it is part of bayt.com’s business in the market where needy people are looking for helping arms.

1-    Job seekers are great needy people in this competitive market of jobless professionals, such curial situation are utilizing by this type of question & answers games.

2-    Bayt.com appointed employees just to ask questions & they are also answering for it. I have seen it herein. To inspire others to do so then expand the networks and their businesses. Most of them have diamond rank specialty on their bayt.com profile.

3-    Many of them are wasting lots of time on this game where there is no profit but loses over loses for losing category as job seekers.

4-    Ultimate trick is that to expand big database of job seekers and sell to the Employers such a  way make money from money to money scenario.

Most of the businesses are tricky business on this modern world of advanced technology growing at an unprecedented extent , but rather we have two options either accept and do the best to reach the top of it as the modernism or globalization wanted or reject and get relaxed of getting more rank and specialty.   

I have to write more but due to my time constraint here is my full stop, Again once more appreciating you Mr.Binod for your creative thinking concept. Keep it up and keep going on.

If someone gets valuable information out of my answer ... than a question or an answer is wasting my time... 

If a question is not in my field ... I may research it and post my findings

I simply do not have time ... I answer it later, just vote it up and at times I have to let go

I am spammed by the same person ... I opt to answer1 question and delete the rest

A question has been already answered ... I do not answer again

It is not stupidity neither a waste of time, since we are learning new concepts and sharing opinions every day.

Also one who has lots of work wouldn't visit this site, I am sure we all are knowledgeable of good time management.

It depends on WHY you are participating in questions and answers !

If such participation is not earning you anything, then it is "A waste of Time" !
