Why are there some idiot people who down vote answers blindly?

Should we spend time and effort in answering, just to get an idiot who down votes regardless of the answer content?

Probably the voting mechanism of bayt isn't correct, if you see the stackoverflow, they only allow the vote down once you have certain reputation i.e.1.5 k and above means one is mature enough to understand the system before you can't vote down.
I believe, bayt should adopt more or less the same system and that can be justified.

The software architecture of bayt.com has to do some check on routines for a user voting up or down continuously in rapid manner of time.
Usually people vote up or down to gain points here.
As I have mentioned in another comment section for those people to show some professionalism here.
You vote up those answers that is not wrong or you are satisfied with the answer.
If you are not satisfied with the answer leave it as it is.
And if the answer is wrong and you know it is wrong then vote it down.
Or if bayt.com needs any help in implementing such routines.
One knows how to find me ;)
