"Where do you see yourself in 5 years." Of all the questions this is one where people struggle with more than anything during any job interview. what can be the realistic response to this ?

Every employer has a goal to get on board someone who will grow the organization as well as grow their career.  The answer to that question is relative depending on the goals of every candidate but it is important to outline self growth and organizational growth as you answer it.
