Why do people leave their jobs?

The leave their jobs for many reasons like: 

1- Better opportunity.

2- Better salary offer.

3- Better Title offer.

4- The old company face a high turn over.

5- The reach the high curve of creativity, work, etc in the company.

6- Bad management.

7- Bad structure.

8- Problems with line managers, Supervisors, team leaders, etc.

maybe it is but their should be some other resons ?
