How to answer.. what makes you a good fit for our job?

Every job requires certain skills and knowledge for optimum performance.

If you as an employee feel you have the skill and knowledge to perform and deliver what is required I feel one can consider a right fit for that job.

It is many a times seen that an employee thinks he has mastered but fails in few situtaion, the main reason I feel is not keeping update with latest changes. Hence it is equally important for an employee to be upgraded time to time to be right fit.
