What do you do to control mistakes in your work?

First of all, admit it. Truth is as human, we are all prone to making mistakes. Secondly, apologize to those who were affected by it. Thirdly, analyse why the mistake happen and find alternative solutions to avoid it the next time. 

I still believe that honest communication is the best cure. Instead of finding ways to cover it up, it's best to openly and humbly address it.

I learn from every mistake to improve myself, and to avoid repeating the mistakes themselves again

Try to train your team again and again and you have to focus on mistakes to avoid it on the nearest future 

give more training and double checking .

Best tool to control mistakes at work is not doing mistake. However, still there are human errors which i believe can be resolve by proper double check audit by supervisors and managers.

If i had done the step of work, i have to make another check that's will guarantee the results, i think this efficient

- first and foremost I try to understand the issue/work/task I'm looking into.

- Once I understand the task in hand, I would do analysis on possible outcomes and its consequences.

-Than I execute optimal solution sincerely which I thought based on my analysis to provide better results to control mistakes.
