How to make workplace more positive?

If you are in charge, then it is your duty to change the atmosphere in the work environment. . Managers are responsible for nurturing their teams. When people feel encouraged, accepted, they become more motivated and will therefore perform better. We all know how it is to work in a unfriendly environment, it creates unhappiness and dissatisfaction. The manager must show interest in each team member, he must encourage them and especially acknowledge their contribution. Person communication & showing interest, both will have a positive effect on the work atmosphere.
