Why customer service department is an important vertical for any organisation?

Every and each company is dealing with customers, by providing either  goods or services, so we need some one who's to take care about those customers and represent the company.

That's why we  call the person who's doing that  CUSTOMER CARE AGENT or CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
