How we can creat a good relation between customer and supplier ?

Basically the supplier has to do more to satisfy a customer ,actually the supplier has to do everything, otherwise the customer is at liberty to go somewhere else. This is where advertising and marketing have to play a bigger role. The supplier has to innovate and use psychological skills to keep the customer happy. Its a one way .
