Advantages 

1. Low Initial Cost and Energy saving during operation.

2. Easy to install and required less time to install.

Disadvantages

1. Covering More Space at roof level for installation.

2. Difficult to distribute bill to all tenets if common system for different occupancy. System have provisions for billing but electrical system need to design accordingly.

3. High Maintenance cost.

IT THE COMPACT ONE FIT ANY WHERE AND THE DISADVANTAGE IS IF THE MACHINE IS DAMAGE THE WHOLE AIR CONDITIONER WILL STOP.
