A Palestanian can get a job in gulf countires as a Pakistani and indian gets with the same work experience.  Through job search is the only way to get a job, to be a Palestanian is not a condition.

It is possible, but the company must be prepared to support you. In that way they give you a workpermit, which is aligned with your diploma´s, but is a different jobtitle than HR. Favorite jobtitles to use for this reason are quality inspection, training consultant and such. With such visa´s you can get in, but again you have to prove your deep value to the company. I myself work in Saudi in HR, whilst not being a local national, so it is possible
