PLAN THE TOTAL DURATION OF THE PROJECT AND ALOOCATE THE RESOURCES WITH THE ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS DESIGN ACTIVITIES IN SUCH A MANNER THAT YOUR RESOURCES SHOLDNT BE IDLE WITH PROPER LINKS TO THE LINKED ACTIVITES SECONDLY REGULARLY UPDATING THE PLAN WITH THE ACTUAL PROGRESSIVE VALUES THAT YOU ARE ACHEIVING DAILY BASIS ALSO ALLOCATE THE BUDGET TO THE COMPLETE PLAN IN ORDER TO MONITOR AS OF WHAT IS ON GOING ON THE PARTICULAR ACTIVITY.
