How do I protect my excel workbook sheet?

To protect the structure of your workbook, do this

Click Review > Protect Workbook

Click Structure

See the notes below for more about this option and the Windows option

Enter a password in the Password box

While Saving your file you will find the tab call tools (next to save tab ) click tools tab ,than it will show you4 option and select general option among that , and it will ask for password. you can give password and save next time if you want to open the sheet it will ask the password.
