Hello, The location of management in the historical development of business can give the moderator an overview of the functions in which the management can make a difference by establishing partial rules in the course of business which will make them in the future basic rules for safety and health making them a competitive advantage in the field of business

In my experience, and I'm not saying all management personnel is like this, BUT if you can talk to them about how health and safety correlates to the negative impact of the dollar and cents of the organization then you have a good chance of obtaining cooperation. Getting buy in starts with you, you are the sales person and your product is health and safety. Show them the benefits, and connect with them, show them how it can affect everybody, and not only financially, but emotionally due to injury or death.

by telling them the legal aspects of not following the guidelines .and showing them the desasters happened in the same sector your company is working
