Simple  Calculate cost invested and Returns after implementing the Specific '' KAIZEN''  to be implemented . As you will receive no of ''Kaizens'' from down level to executives .Select on basis that which  one is Best in all aspects of the business and also compare the Merits /Demerits of Each and every Smallest Kaizens  but Never forget to Consider that Safety and Natural-resources are the leading Cost- factores while selecting the Kaizen .

so "Kaizen " is nothing but in other words '' Always a better Factor to do it "  It is never ending Industrial-function  and is hidden .You have to traped it .
