I mean to say that according to our business type if it is possible then we have to give them. That should be usual and related to business according to the situation.
everything is with in reason.... it has to be ethical and legal; it has to be of good quality ... pricing got to be right and lead time needs to meet the customers needs ... I will advice the customer if something is not right or I foresee a problem ....
One can only know (Not Fully) what are the needs and wants of a customer but it is not possible all the way to satisfy them to fullest.
