Efficiency can be improved by following points.

1.Allocate Proper Work Role and responsibilities based on skills of the Manpower / team

2.Ask all staff to be punctual and have some appreciation for following Punctuality and fine those who are not punctual and repeat the same mistakes again.

3.HR policies must have some rewards for efficient performance award and its appreciations.

4.Design Efficient and Best of Good practices policies for running the business day to day basis.

5. Implement some automation tools for Quality and Efficiency monitoring and feedback mechanism and have monthly feedback meets with the staff members giving them higher targets and moral encouragements.
