Two stakeholders disagreed and you need to make a decision based on their answeres, what risk are you facing? And how do you make the decision?

This is a common dilemma for managing stakeholders expectations and decisions. Need to resolve this issue in a diplomatic way by try first to hold a meeting between these stakeholders and yourself, then try to make a presentation about the project, its benefits, costs, and the risks involve in both taking the charge of the project and not accepting the project at all.
