How to work with student?

If you are referring to tutoring, I think that with regards to teaching any language, tutoring is not the right path. If you' mean working with students in class or on school premises, I believe that a teacher has many responsibilities to handle - professional and emotional. As a professional, a teacher must work hard to insure that students are learning and enjoying the learning experience. As a person, a teacher should assume the role of an educator that will help his students get back on their feet every time they fall.
