First, your very first approach or manner in which you welcome or received the guest that same moment he or she walks into your reception is very critical.

 

I experienced this in Blue Diamond Hotel, opposite Fish Market, Dubai UAE. It was not a fantastic Hotel but the very first warm reception I got made me stay all the way, when I had wanted to stay just a night and move down to Ab-Dhabi, I now spent2 weeks.
