    1. Based on dialog appraisal technique, the SMART OBJECTIVES should  be reviewed  (frankness and transparency)   between the manager and his direct heads
    2.  define clearly the area of strength, weakness and development 
    3. very much appreciate the extra achievement. New ideas, innovations 
    4. the ability of both punishments and awards, promotion and appreciation
    5. Ends up with setting new year targets for both side agreement.
