For motivating the performers the organization should have many a strategies:

1. The compensation & benefit schemes should be performance driven.

2. Apart from the benefit scheme, organization should have employee development programs like training & development, career progression scopes within the organization, succession planning, employee reward & recognition programs and so forth. 

3. Organization should have strong employee engagement processes so that all HR programs and schemes are focused among the employees properly and at the same time, employees feel strong bonding with the organization. 

 

The aforesaid steps would play vital roles to have strong bonding between the employee and the organization and to retain the performers.
