Do you think the 3D Tool is effective in Photoshop?

Yes I think it is good for improving the work of photoshop

Certainly because the three-dimensional design gives you more dynamic design and devolves and draw the attention of watch design

it is a useful tool but the point is that it is not for all designs, i use it to make some types of3d shapes, it could be used for designing3d texts Logos etc......... its on designer that how he/she use it
