What are the types of automation?

There are several machines in the laboratory such as: Biochemistry machine, Hematology machine, Blood coagulation (PT and PTT), Serology machine, centifuge, Microscope.. Basic machines in the laboratory and the bacteriology section is almost manual. Blood bank is a very sensitive and special section where it constitute of a special centrifuge, fridge, direct and indirect coombs test tubes and special cards for some STD's.
