I am a bit unclear about what platforms and channels come under your definition of new mediabut I will try to answer anyways.

If you focus on social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. then a good way to make your business presence look for honest on social media is talk about the achievements of your senior management, founders and business leaders. This is a very popular practice by entrepreneurs starting out their new startups.

If your focus is Pinterest, build a storytelling campaign:

  1. Photo stories of culture within the company (Facebook posts)
  2. Videos and pins (photos) and boards (photo stories) of work the business has done as part of the CSR campaign.

Twitter chat sessions to have one on one discussions with your customers on Twitter.

If your focus is video then build a viral video marketing campaign on Youtube that is an extension of your TV advertisements.

If you have extensive use of SEO and copywriting, then revise your targetted keywords.

Use words that are around: community building, culture, happiness, loyalty, family etc - you the words that are psychologically and culturally active and hit us emotionally.

Revise the graphic profile:

Use the colors that you feel will convey the right message.

I will add more to this in1 or2 days, I have a lot to add.
