What is a manager’s role in Strategy Execution?

having knowlarge of top to bottom detais,

countinuese co-ordinate with staff and countinues followup of work, having good dissison making function .

having all knowledge of all work related critarea .

Managers initiate , plan , execute , monitore , control and close the project's process . It includes scope , schedule , cost , quality , human resource , communications , risk , procurement and stakeholder management . They prepare shcedule with time frame and milestones . They are responsible of good coordination with execution team to insure a smooth workflow .

Managers role is to put planning and action plan to be time framed and achieve high growth

complete the project within assigned time, with quality & safety and within assigned budget by effective utilization of manpower, materials, tools, plant & machinery, making engineers as spiritual & good relation with client, PMC, Structural & Architectural consultant. Good co-ordination with Execution team &  sub-ordinates like planning Dept, Procurement & store Dept, QS Dept, QA QC Dept, Surveying Dept, PMV Dept, sub-contractors. good obedience with senior managers to complete the project effectively. This is the strategy execution role in project as a Manager.

Manage  transition of 'Board room thoughts'  to 'shop floor action'

Formulation of new policies based on organisational intrests.

Ø  Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports of all the civil works groups at site.

Ø  plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical & mechanical works.

Ø  Monitor the actual physical works at site.
