You will be required to oversee the catering operations at the site to the levels laid out in the service agreement and continually drive towards service excellence, customer satisfaction and delivering innovation in all areas. You must have knowledge of specialist diets including diabetic, and gluten free. 

your duties might include all of following.

To prepare, cook and serve meals as appropriate including special dietary requirementsTo maintain statutory Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards Carry out stock ControlTo attend staff meetings and training sessions when requiredTo help manage and train the catering team within the kitchenOrdering and budgetary control of Catering supplies and stores

the required skills for this job are 

 

  • Direct management experience of catering.
  • Experience of managing an overall budget
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
