لو كان مديرك مخطئ في موضوع ما؟ هل ستخبره بأنه خاطئ؟ أم تتركه خوفاً منه؟ If your manager is wrong. Would you tell him the right thing? Or you will be scared to do so?

الفيصل في هذه الحالة هو الاسلوب الذي سوف تبلغ به مديرك عن هذا الخطأ ...
فالمديرين عموما يتجنبون الاحراج أمام الموظفين ...
فأول شيئ لكي تبلغ مديرك بهذا الخطأ ألا يكون على الملأ ...
وبأسلوب هادئ ...
وغير مباشر ....
بهذا سوف تنجح في توصيل تصحيح هذا الموضوع لمديرك بشكل مقبول دون احراج له ...
وقد حدث معي هذا الموقف3 مرات في حياتي العمليه واتبعت نفس الاسلوب ...
ولله الحمد نجح الاسلوب في المرات الثلاثة وبإقتدار ...

سوف أخبره بخطئه ولن أخاف منه لانه ما يهمنا وما نسعى اليه الترقية بالمؤسسة ومضي بها قدما

لابد أن أخطر المدير بخطأه وذلك لحقه في المعرفة وإن لم يستجب ويعدل من عمله  أتقدم بتقرير موثق إلي الجهات الإدارية العليا.

مصلحة المؤسسة قبل كل شيئ لذا كان واجب علي ان اخبره بالاخطاء الواردة منه و لكن بالطريقة المثلى و المتأدبة ليس فيها تهكم او مغالات

I would tell him my point of view with good manners.
I think is different that saying the right thing.
First of all because he is who risks his money and deserves all my respect.
And after, because I have to.
Finally, he will take the decission he considers is correct.

هذا يتوقف علي شخصية المدير ، وعلي الأغلب ليس من الصحيح ان تقول لمديرك هذا خطأ والأفضل ان تقول له هذه فكرة عبقرية ولكن مارأيك لو فعلناها بهذه الطريقة وتخبره الطريقة الصحيحة سيتقبلها ويثني عليك

I WILL TELL HIM

You should tell that he is wrong but you must provide him with the correct solution and why he is wrong.
Depending on the character of the Manager response you might receive could be different.
But one should not be afraid to speak when it is necessary because you are also working for the company's success like your manager he should be able to understand and to determine whether the things you are saying is right or wrong as a manager.

لن يكون هناك اي خوف سأخبره بطريقه مهذبه ومحترمه

نظرا للمصلحه العامه ، كما ان المدير بشر ومعرض للاخطاء وليس بمعصوم كونه مدير

I dont have to portray the fault of my manager but however I am sure that in a professional environment my manager would accept a difference of opinion when i put it across in a very professional manner & as a suggestion to what I feel towards a particular situation & it doesn't have to align with the thought process of manager.
And that is the sole reason why teams are created so there can be number of opinions on one particular issue.
