Yes i do agree:
An international company needs to hire different people with different nationalities.
These people may speak in their own languages, but need to speak the same (Organizational) language so that the Organization succeeds in its goals.
An international company needed successful marketing advertisement,.feedback from customers in different corners,easy and swift communication to consumers.competition with local products.For these issues an international company would have wise to recruit marketing personnel from different languages with those all who have a common language from different corners of the World.
