Why do foreign companies not recruit experienced professionals from other companies?

When a company requires more resource for their work , it recruites only their own country people, they are not considering their studies and Attitude.

It is not a company, is a decision maker, and since it Is normal in this part of the world to select only those from particular origins or even to advertise openly , that so and so nationalities to apply, as result that is exactly happen and continue to happen as no one can stop or at least to inform it is not right or ethical.

it depends on the preference of the company so its theirs. BUT, there are some companies who are hiring foreing nationals to be part of their team, epspecially in the construction industry. Better yet, if you have the credentials and experience it is a must that you must have all of these, for job attainment so to say
