Provide benefits: Salary, Housing allowance & Transportation - (if the salary is low, it can be solved as follows: Providing financial incentives for example in Sales: Commissions "Increase according to the percentage of sales (achievement the target of sales)" Pay Semiannually financial reward related to the performance of sales.
air ticket, cost of Iqama & Passport "Visa Exit & Entry", Medical Insurance- all under company cost.
And the above benefits should be in the front of the employment offer.
The employment offer should be explain well, clearly and give encouraging employees to continue work hard, and give him imaging that he is very important in our organization

as far as i see retaining talent acquisition, its a process in which all functions of HR involves.
Suppose if u have a vacancy of Sales Executive.

in precise it means a person who loves to sell things.
