What is your motivation style?

I would motivate my team with a positive feedback and attitude and I would celebrate with my team when one employee is praised by the customer.

1) To identify the potential and inspire on it.

2) To energize on high skill of employee.

3) To equip them with technological facilities.

4) To Thank them for better works.

In general, i always tend to be a good listener, as a result the team members love to share their feelings, hence have an outlet for their suppressed energies & grievances. 

In work, walk around, discuss ideas & solutions, have their voice, encourage them, celebrate success & achievements! Wish them on their birthdays & anniversaries, so on & so forth :)
