How can you utilize Emotional Intelligence in your Career ?

Human relation require the capabilities of discriminating between different emotions and their peaking to different levels on different circumstances. In this aspect of personal management one should not be self centered.  We must be able to monitor our own emotions and learn to control them and also need capabilities to assess (measure)  others  emotions, and the intelligence lies in the art of labeling them appropriately.  Emotional information also play vital in Human Resource Development.  Because many of the decisions on appraisal and job assignments are based on that and equally in importance as to skill, experience and the level of education.
