Do you think a country can face over trading like businesses do?

<p>If a country spends most of its GDP on long term assets like construction of road, dam etc which substantially financed from foreign long term loan financing sources while giving less attention or financing to the other sectors like manufacturing and services. What will be the fate of the state in the short term especially if the loan repayment begins in few years time before the construction completed?</p>
