1)Step away from the desk and job duties.

2)Stretch

3)Take a deep breath and go out for a short walk, inhale and exhale fresh air.

4)Absorb the sun, feel the warmth.  

When you go back to the office, you will feel refreshed, and relieved some of the stress.
