What tool do you use to sort and catalog your interview sources?

When I prepare to conduct an interview for a news story, I follow the5W (what, who, when, where, and why) and1H (how); and keep my reporting as factual, complete, and impartial as much as possible.  And most of all, I go directly to the source of information or the authority over the matter.
