What are the key issues women in business need to be aware of, as leaders and entrepreneurs?

Though I am not a woman, there are many C-level officers in my organization which are women, and I would say that they need to be aware that certain members of the company may perceive them to be ' weak ' or ' soft ', and thus these women have the unfortunate burden of proving to their teams that they are able to perform as expected under pressure. Women working in companies have to fight against stereotypes and prove to their team that they are leaders and not followers.
