Hi Tewodros, I would like to expand the answer.

Well, in my opinion the best synthesis about the qualities of a good salesman have been proposed by a Psychologist, Author and Professor "Robert Cialdini" in his "six principles of persuasion and influence people". 

  1. reciprocity
  2. commitment
  3. liking (going in deep, here you could find out the empathy)
  4. social proof
  5. authority
  6. scarcity

I think that any TOP sales is able to apply in an awesome spontaneous way all those principle.
