When it comes to selling a membership the target is to sell a dream. I would say rather than directly selling the membership understand the persons goals and ambitions. Then connect those with your product. it will be the easiest way to avoid a No.

The best thing to do if a person say No tell him/her that you will send the details as an email and if he likes please go through. Then make sure you do a good online sales pitch
