I have worked in Saudi Aramco enviroment for20 years (mostly upstream exploration, production, pipelines, ships, ... ) and little more in downstream (refineries, petrochemicals, trucks loading ...) Industrial SAFETY comes first in such environments including structural engineering, elecrical work, ,,, etc and all saffety precaustions and measures including proper training, qualification and certification, equipment, tools, emergency planning, ,,., etc have to be in place to deal with any emergency that may arise !!
